From personalising your set to caring for it long after the day — and if your question isn't here, we're a message away.

Every set is personalised before checkout. Once you choose a design, a short guided form walks you through the names, date and venue, plus your lettering, ribbon and motif — and shows it all on a live candle preview as you type. Nothing is printed until you've reviewed and approved your details.

Each set is personalised to order and ready in 7–10 days. For larger baptismal sets or busy seasons it can run a little longer — we'll always tell you the timeline when you order. If your date is tight, message us first and we'll do our best to accommodate a rush.

Yes. After you place your order we email a digital proof of your lettering and layout for approval. We only letter and dress your set once you're happy — so your spelling, dates and accents are exactly right.

Absolutely, as long as we haven't started lettering. Just reply to your order email with the change. Once a set has been lettered we can't alter it, which is why we always send a proof first.

We deliver nationwide by courier, carefully packed to protect the florals and lettering. You can also choose free studio pick-up in Manila at checkout. Shipping is calculated based on your address after you place the order.

Keep your set out of direct sunlight and away from heat to protect the florals and gold lettering. Many couples keep their candles purely as a keepsake; if you do light them, trim the wick to about 5mm and burn away from the ribbon and dried flowers.

We take a 50% deposit to reserve your slot, with the balance due before we ship. We accept GCash, bank transfer and card — payment details are emailed to you as soon as you place your order.
